my 3 month old has caught a cough and has a runny nose. is there anything i can do at this point??

It really helps break it down for them. Plus it's beneficial to us too! Especially in the winter

@missjess cool thanks. I'll invest in one tomorrow. he's sleep now seems to be doing fine. he doesn't sound as congested as last night.

Humidifier or vaporizer and saline nose drops. My son had a cold at 3 months and now too and that's what his doctor told me. And I use boogie wipes they are great. And I put the stuff in the humidifier to to help more with the congestion
