my son has a diaper rash and desitin is not working. do you girls know anything else I can use?

I love A&D better than any other rash cream/ointment.

I use a&d and powder on top of the cream, it may sound weird but it works wonders for my boys

Boudreauxs buttpaste! it comes in a yellow tube and works great! also patting some corn starch on helped my daughter when she got a really bad rash:) good luck!!

Calendula cream! Pricey but worth it (only a little is needed to be effective). I use California Baby, but others might be just as good. My son got a mild diaper rash once but it was persistent over an entire week (I had already used Boudreaux, Desitin, A&D original and creamy). I applied some calendula cream and by the next diaper change, maybe three hours later, it was almost gone. Applied some more overnight and not a trace was left the next morning :) about $15 at Target for a 2oz container
