Day 3 and maintenance has yet to fix the issue in my apartment. Leasing office lady won't give me the name or number to her boss. This issue has caused us to leave it's not suitable for my children to stay in. Trying to brake my lease in the most legal way possible. Has anyone gone through something like this ??

If it's unsafe living conditions and they're ignoring that there is an issue you can leave.

@jsco, it's a horrible leak they fixed the leak but we have carpet and the carpet is still soaked all in my daughters room the house smells horrible and they haven't changed the carpets yet. This is the second time it happening so the carpet has to go. I'm so stressed out. They won't let me rip up the carpet to look for myself to see if there is mold. And they are running up some huge machine and have my heat on while I'm not even there running up my electricity

yea if there's a possibility of mold and they aren't taking proper steps to fix it you are more than able to get out of your lease. no judge is going to get mad at you for not wanting little babies around that
