Is it normal to start swelling at 23 weeks? I don't have high blood pressure or anything. And it's relatively at night or when I'm busy in my feet.

3 months before I had my daughter I had water retention so bad if I sat cross legged for to long it looked like someone hit my leg with a base ball bat. The indenting was crazy
