Why is my 11 month old whining and crying ALL the time over EVERYTHING!!! Literally he's only happy maybe 2 hour combined throughout the damn day! This is ridiculous! I know I'm a first time mom but is this the way it's always going to be!?

My neighbor upstairs baby is the most crybaby ever. He's about a year plus and I've not seen a whinier child. Ever since birth he's crying crying crying ... I feel sad cuz I'm thinking is he in pain or neglected
