Hi all, wondering what you done/do to lose your belly after baby?? .... im happy waist down and boobs up... but my belly wont budge and its really starting to get me down. The other thing is if i try doing sit ups... its like i can actually feel my insides.. my baby is 3 months old now surely i can exercise? i didnt have this problem after my other 2, went straight back to how i was..... sorry for long post. Any advice welcome please.. ❤
