This is the second time I went to get my nails done while pregnant and I feel so bad 😭 did any other moms do this? I just come home and worry about all of the lights they use and also the fumes in the salon and I feel so bad for my baby. Did I mess up?!! HELP!

That's how I was @connieb23, and I just caved and went today. If it makes you feel better when you go ask for a mask. Also I cover my stomach with a heavy scarf or coat because somehow in my head I feel like I'm protecting her from UV lights 😑

@avie, the place I go doesn't have lamps on all the work stations... and so far I've never been sat at a work station with one, also I haven't noticed any "fumes" from the acrylics. Or maybe it's just not strong enough for me to notice. I have lots of the masks, I work in a hospital lol

Don't worry love you aren't in there everyday. Imagine the workers who deal with that type of stuff everyday that are pregnant, I'm sure their babies come out fine. Don't be hard on yourself, you deserve some you time ❤

Thanks @anmlopez. Your logic makes me feel a lot better. I figured their babies were fine but I just needed to hear it from the moms on here ya know? & during this pregnancy I do deserve some me time lol. They turned out great!
