Ever since my son's birth my hair falls out like crazy after the shower i pull out a bunch of hair when i run my hand through my hair 😒 my hairs be everywhere on my bed, clothes etc it's so annoying!!

It's normal to lose hair after birth. And usually when the baby is 3 months old they will lose a little too. It'll slow down.

@xomommahicksxo you can get a little basket thing that sits in your shower drain to keep your hair from clogging the drain. I got one from amazon for like $5 and it has saved us a couple hundred bucks on having the plumber out to snake our shower. I have long hair, so even if if was careful about trying to collect my hair before it went down the drain our drain would still get slow about 3x a year.

It's normal. When you're pregnant your hormones stop your hair from shedding like it normally would so you end up with like 15% more hair. So a couple months after pregnancy all that hair falls out. It feels like a ton, but it's not really and it will stop eventually. I try to brush my hair more often so it comes out in my brush rather than all over my house.

awhh. increase your calorie intake to about 3000 calories a day.

yeah i stopped taking them & i always felt off & i was told to keep taking prenatals because the baby is taking everything from you when hes feeding. so i had to start taking them again. & it should help your hair

yeah they are very helpful. my doctor recommended to keep taking them. It does help.

i had the same problem. i got tired of it falling out so i washed it did a hot oil treatment and deep conditioned it & put leave in conditioner for 3 days to help restore moisture to my scalp. haven't had any hair fall out since.
