Google says that 4-6 week old babies can poop as infrequently as every 7-10 days. is that right? Ruby hasn't gone in 5 and im starting to worry. she is still having plenty of wet diapers and eating well.

Yes! It's actually normal lol. Breastfed babies could even go up to 12 days. I'd do some back/belly massaging and leg pedaling and maybe in 2-3 if she hasn't gone then call ur pedi
