everyday i see the same homeless guy in town and everyday i give him a quid and get him a pastie from greggs and a tea, today i gave him a coat of my oh's that was going to be thrown out (couple of jumpers too) and he cried. he sat there and just cried. i didnt know what to say just had to sit with him untill he got himself together but he was truly touched, he sits outside a vape shop in town and the lady who works there came out and started basically been a bitch saying i shouldnt give him money he spends it on booze ect and i just thought who are you to put your 2pence piece in? if i was homeless and sleeping out in this cold then id wanna be pissed up each night so i dont feel the cold anyway i told her so. but honestly ive got home and i just want to cry for him. 😟

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
