For example: my son only drink chocolate milk :( he will drink white milk and cereal but never by it self ) with my daughter I’m trying to not give her NONE . My son loves cookies , I’m trying to not give my daughter none !!

@camii20 research mother led pushing and breathing baby out. Also what helped me was taking it one contraction at a time realizing it won't last forever.

We used the Bradley Method for a pain free birth. There was pain but honestly it wasn't that bad. And I can't stress this enough: have a birth coach!!! Also we used the birthing center that didn't offer epidurals so that helped as well. Good luck! Let me know if you need any more resources.
