thank you all for your comments they were really helpful. I waited & went to see my doctor this morning. they did blood work!

Unless it's unbearable I would steer clear of the ER. I went and all they could see was the sac like @b3autifulm3ss, said and it was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE hearing there may or may not be a baby there and wait several weeks. Happy to say there was a baby and I am almost 30 weeks - however - could I take it back and stay home and wait it out - I would! My first trimester I dealt with lots of body aches and pains - like a really bad period 😩 It was no fun at all! I hope you can get some rest and feel better!

Yeah there wouldn't be much they could do , but comfort her and maybe help a little. Of course I'm 17, I don't know everything && yes every er is different!

@josiahsmommy91815 oh i didnt realize that she was 4 1/2 weeks so yes there COULD be a sac... i am a l&d nurse turned SAHM 😉 you are correct but all ers are different and at 4 1/2 weeks pregnant (where i live and studied) they literally will do nothing for you regarding a pregnancy that early. They will check your kidneys, pancreas, bladder, gall bladder....they will then tell you exactly what i just said... lay down, relax, drink water and give you some pain killers

@b3autifulm3ss, but even if it's to small they still try and if they can't they do blood work

They can see a sac, they may not be able to see baby

@josiahsmommy91815 thats very interesting because at 4 weeks there isnt anything to see

My er does ultrasounds that early .. because you can at least get blood work and all that @b3autifulm3ss,

@josiahsmommy91815 l&d wont help, they dont see you until later on... to be honest the er wont do anything either... its too early to do an ultrasound also....

@mommytoanangel16 lay down, drink lots of water, and relax... if its too painful take tylonol or you can go to the er if tylonol doesn't work and you need something stronger...

If you are concerned go to L and D , you can never be to safe
