you said 120? uour husband? that's impossible. I had a fever of 106.6 and the er said I should be seizing or dead. if it's that high call an ambulance.

CALL AN AMBULANCE IF ITS THAT HIGH! ice water bath, get him naked, dont let hom fall asleep.

Put an ice pack on the back of his neck. Replenish his fluids through water and Gatorade. Give him some Tylenol. I'm not sure he'd still be to himself if he was 120°. He's prolly be in a coma. Maybe your thermometer is off. Try under his armpit and read it again. He needs to sit in cold water. If he's too stubborn to do that then dump ice on him. At least put an ice pack on the back of his neck.

hopefully ur thermometer is off because his brain would be damaged. the only things u can do at home is what @morganmommy79 said but if it really that high he needs to be in the hospital

He needs to go to the hospital or you need to call the paramedics if it's that high, have you tried a different thermometer ? Not saying your lying but maybe it's reading wrong?

ok i put ice on his body n head right know n meds kick in also it not 120 no more drop to 96.9
