My doctor gets me in as soon as I get a positive hpt for blood work and usually a ultrasound around 5 weeks. I'm high rush though and have had several losses. Most doctors won't get you in until 8 weeks but if you're super worried then they'll probably get you in earlier.

I had my ultrasound at 6wks and then I had to go back in at 12 weeks to verify with a heartbeat
