Nothing will happen but it's not good to stop giving breastmilk or formula before a year old because they need the nutrition from it. My daughter just turned 10 months old and we give her formula before every meal plus when she is hungry. We do give her 2-3 ounces of regular milk with her breakfast and dinner to get her use to it with her pediatricians permission.
First you would need to rule out nut allergies... Her primary food would still need to be breastmilk or formula as almond milk doesn't have enough calories to sustain a little one.
I would definitely talk to her doctor about it. They may be ok with you starting early. My SIL took my niece off formula at 10-10.5 months old. I wouldn't personally do it but you're momma and you know what's best for you baby :).
Have you tried lactation cookies or mothers milk tea? I dried up too and had to end up giving formula. I have health issues and it just didn't work out. I was so sad.
Formula isn't gonna hurt her for two months but what @maddiesmommy022916, said little by little is what we did until our boys were a year. They still had formula once or twice a day until 13 months per their Dr because they were a little smaller
That's okay to Momma! She will be fine! The only thing I noticed with the whole milk is when they potty their poop was hard but they just from the dairy.
I'm sorry. I couldn't imagine going ten months then having to stop ☹️. I only made it two months before I had to stop and I was devastated. I just keep telling myself fed is best. Doesn't matter if breastmilk or formula.
I heard that there is a pill that can help (prescription). Was told when i had been admitted to hospital after baby. She stayed with family and I pumped and dumped because of too many medications.. the nurse informed me that I could be prescribed medication to help with milk flow since I was 2 weeks post partum. @imanimomma

Okay I will just go with formula. I think I'm just more disappointed that I made it this far & cant produce anymore @kreese88,

I didn't proceed because I'm on medication for numerous issues and opted to give her formula
