Doctors recommend waiting 6 weeks until having sex. I waited the 6 weeks, & oh man it still hurt like a bitch then & even monthssss later. To this day, I still sometimes get pains during sex but it's def much better. & I had my Daughter in 2015

it all depends on how fast you heal especially if you get cut. just wait til your 40 days are over just to be sure
