Hey mamas, this might be a bit tmi. So this morning I woke up and my pee is neon orange. like seriously bright orange, clear but really funny looking. I'm not taking prenatal right now cuz I ran out of them, and I'm not dehydrated either. I drink at least 2L of water a day. Yesterday my pee was normal color of someone well hydrated and today it's just so bright orange it's scaring me. Also when I wipe you can see the color faintly on the tissue. Not pink but it's definitely tinted a very faint orange-ish like color. I'm seeing my doctor (obgyn and regular doc) on Wednesday, but I'd like some idea what I'm dealing with so I can do something meanwhile. anyone have this before?
edit: I can't call my ob today. they're closed for the holidays. they're open tomorrow again which is when I plan to call. until then I'm panicking

My urine turned orange-ish too and does that off and on. I can also see the tint on the toilet paper. Sometimes it's scary colored. Lol but I recently started taking iron pills which affects the color. Some foods you eat affect color too. My urine has changed colors a lot through the 8 months but it's always good. I can see your concern when it happens overnight like that but I would push cranberry juice and water and call first thing in the morning just to be sure.

@rosiel49, yeah I'd definitely just be pushing fluids. Put your feet up for a little.
@hudziakkylie no cramping. slight tightness in my lower tummy but it's more from pressure. not really contractions. also a little bit of achiness on my left lower back. maybe it's a kidney? I can get cranberry juice for now if it's that maybe. hmm I might do that

I had that. It was blood in my urine. Weird thing.... I didn't have a UTI. Went to l&d and they ran all kinds of tests. They finally said I either passed a stone or bc I had sex 2 days before it happened that caused some blood in the urethra. Once the dr opens they will prob send you for a urine test.
