Is there a reason my babies formula has started going clumpy and gathering at the side of the bottle? It's only happened twice today and I'm not doing anything differently, I just noticed it stuck to the side and it's gone all gloopy!

This happens when I put formula straight into boiling water, you need to let it cool slightly before adding formula, that's what my health visitor told me x

its like hot chocolate.... when you pour hot/warm water on it... it forms kind of a hard shell and then theres powder still inside.... and it will stick to the side of the bottle... xx

Was the bottle still wet from being sterilised? Because this has happened to me before @canteloupe24, xxx
