I tried 2 find it in my local tesco store just 2 see of they stock it but cudnt find it. last time I drank it 4 times a day and took 3 tablets a day . I had a 10 mins labour lol

No it has to be raspberry leaf I believe! And yes, you can start drinking from 32 weeks! Just start with 1 cup a day and then gradually build up to 2 and then 3 cups a day! I've just started drinking it this week too! Hoping it helps! X

EPO and raspberry leaf tea

EPO and raspberry leaf tea So I'm 30 weeks (can't believe it) and I asked my dr. He said I could start Evening Primrose oil (epo) and raspberry leaf tea. I've got 1000mg tabs. Seems like everyone online starts things later on.
