is raspberry leaf tea the same as raspberry tea? I'm 38 weeks today should I start drinking it now? I'm clueless

No it has to be raspberry leaf I believe! And yes, you can start drinking from 32 weeks! Just start with 1 cup a day and then gradually build up to 2 and then 3 cups a day! I've just started drinking it this week too! Hoping it helps! X

EPO and raspberry leaf tea
So I'm 30 weeks (can't believe it) and I asked my dr. He said I could start Evening Primrose oil (epo) and raspberry leaf tea. I've got 1000mg tabs. Seems like everyone online starts things later on.
So I tried the raspberry leaf tea and pills today... I had 2 cups of the tea and 1 pill and I'm feeling these contractions mild but I feel them.....
What was your experience with raspberry leaf tea?
I tried 2 find it in my local tesco store just 2 see of they stock it but cudnt find it. last time I drank it 4 times a day and took 3 tablets a day . I had a 10 mins labour lol
