fitness advice while and after pregnant anyone?? I've always been petite but want a nice body after this little boy decides to come 😊

Swimming is very helpful and keeps the back pain (a little) away. Some areas offer classes for 🤰, I found yoga (or as I call it: stretching) in general to be helpful for flexibility. And we have plenty in my area for pregnant ladies - it is fun to meet new people who are in the same situation as you!

If you have been doing much before, you can keep doing it as long as it feels right! I just wouldn't start something extrem new ...

Start walking. That will give you the cardio you need. I wasn't cleared to do much other than walk. After pregnancy, I started Beachbody and I am happy thus far. Definitely hitting my goals

No prob. I gotta make myself start fitnessing now while I got a couple months left so after I will want to stay motivated

My friends start walking first after 6 weeks, then focus on problem areas, either building muscle in arms or tummy . Slow is key 👊🏽
