What have y'all done to treat severe rashes? My poor baby's rash is so bad that he has little bumps that show blood when I try to wipe his booty clean. Diaper changing has become excruciating for both of us. I think it's being caused by a sudden frequency of pooping, but I've tried upping his diaper changes to combat this. I've been coating him in butt paste each time I change his diaper, and I know this is somewhat working because a few times the rash started to go away in some areas, but then he poops again and the rash comes right back with a vengeance. Thanks in advance for your advice!

@hiswifetheirmama unfortunately I do not! I tried breast feeding, but my son's tongue tie prevented him from latching on.
I will see if I can find some good coconut oil tomorrow though, thanks!

@dashtikalin coconut oil works... my son hardly gets diaper rash but when he does i put jock itch medicine/yeast infection cream on it and it's gone next diaper change ☺

Cornstarch works wonders. My grandmother taught me cornstarch when she was alive.

Did he get better? Aquaphor works better than butt paste on my daughter. If not I have some expressed breast milk you can have, I heard that works wonders!

sorry for the late response @ooohlaura, he did get better! Thank you! The bout of diarrhea that was causing the diaper rash ran its course and his little booty healed right up after that:)
