It's 11:05 here and I'm awake with my two boys. Little girl is asleep and their dad is gone for the weekend so I'll be spending new years with just my babies again this year.

Oh I'm sorry. I didn't know. I'm lucky to have a husband that cares so it breaks my heart when someone doesnt. people may change and grow apart, but that doesn't mean take it out on the kiddos :(
I don't mind kissing my babies at midnight. But my husband took off because he does want to be around me or our kids. Basically so he can avoid all responsibility and so he doesn't have to talk out the terms for our divorce. He is something else. Sorry about your husband's graveyard shift though.
I'll be kissing my daughter at midnight because the hubby had a graveyard shift, so I feel you.
