So I'm 26 weeks pregnant. This will be my 2nd C-Section and my doctor said they will schedule me a C Section at 39 weeks or less .Oh how much I would love if they give me my C Section at 37 or 38 weeks "FULL TERM" ... I can barely breathe lately and very uncomfortable . Any other moms requested a C Section at 37/38 weeks in NY ? How was your baby and experience. ?
Forgive me if this offends anyone but is it just me or does it seem like doctors are so quick to jump to c-sections these days? Even my midwife at 30 weeks said if my baby doesn’t turn (he’s transverse) I’ll have to have a c-section. Which of course put so many thoughts in my mind that I didn’t necessarily need because I still have ten weeks. I just don’t get it I guess. Technically we can go to 42 weeks.
Well here I am 3 weeks PP! I'm actually 6 pounds under my pre pregnancy weight! Oh and let's ignore my new lovely c section scar lol... ;)
C-section=OMG! So let me start off by saying I am completely terrified.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
I guess everyone is different with different pain tolerance because my recovery for my c section was a breeze I never filled the medications they gave me and was walking down to the NICU to see my son the next day

I'm not sure about NY but where I live my OB said the law don't allow you to schedule before 38 weeks. Unless a emergency. When we were gonna schedule mine it had to be 39 weeks unless any issues I ended up having him at 36 weeks due to BP
