started slimming world again today and sw quiche in the oven. i went really thin after having hettie as i did when id had Bill, but slowly weights creeping back on. any other mums on sw? and any good meal ideas that dont take too long to prepare whilst having a baby to tend to same time?

well ive been a 14 for ages. ordered loads of size 12s and thry came today and i feel proper sick with my belly hanging over and fat back. fuming when i lost loads after hettie i let it creep back on :( @jodiec x
I bent down yesterday in front of the mirror and nearly threw up 😩 I had massive weight issues before and I wanna try and do it properly this time x

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Vaginal labor is so easy I would rather take the contractions any day than to have to have a c section
