I need advice. My father hikes between Arazona and Colorado. Most the time he camps out...but recently has been sleeping on my couch. He has done this my whole life. He picks on my babies. My son who is a year and my daughter who is two. Now I know that its messed up a 42 year old man picks on my kids. But its getting ridiculous. Takes my sons sippy cup, takes away toys they are playing with, throws pillows at them and other random things.When I tell him to stop he wont...and I cant get him to leave...opinions?

If you don't like what he is doing, politely tell him to stop. Don't just stand back and do nothing.

I would set rules. Rules with consequences. Harsh consequences. Like calling the cops. That's abuse.
I'm not telling you what to do but it's an option. I would tell him to take parenting classes if he is going to continue to live with you.

I really just wish he would go away. I have tried polite and have tried rules. he just doesnt care what I have to say even when its my house. its causing problems between my husband and I. and cant be good for the kids
