a pain fever will be easier to maintain the crying and stress from the teething is just irritating them and the fever doesn't help.

try to get a cool wash cloth on them to help cool down, keep near to check in about it should help with the pain fever. also if they have a teething ring or something cool they can chew on or eat to regulate their temp. too. from their i would recommend a call to ur doctor or even a 24 hr nurse hotline. you have her meds and did all u can it's a pain fever so right now you've done everything.
