Does anybody else get headaches I've been having them for 2 days straight and don't know how to get them to go away

A lot of it comes from dehydration, try to get in 100oz of water and maybe a Gatorade... then if it still is there try a heading pad on your neck and and ice pack on your head, sometimes I put it over my eyes and temples sometimes across my head like a headband... it worked wonders with my first!
