I would start weaning him off bottles to be honest
My daughter is almost 7 months and uses a fast flow nipples, but sometimes she still has trouble with those so I just use a knife and make the hole a little bigger and she does just fine :)

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I took my son off the bottle right on his first birthday.but leading up to his first birthday I kept switching from a bottle to a sippy cup to get him used to it.and it worked
