So I will be induced in my 39th week due to being on high blood pressure. Anyone have the same experience? I just want to chat about it cause I'm getting pressure from my husband's family about needing to go to 40 weeks otherwise there will be problems but my doctors have my best interest in mind..I hope at least. Any advice or opinions?
Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
Should be about 10 weeks today! And I have my first appt with my OB in an hour!
I really don’t think people get it. I got asked how many ultrasounds I was going to have this pregnancy. And to be honest it’s more than I would like to have. Dating scan was yesterday, NT scan is in three weeks and starting at 16 weeks I’ll have monthly ultrasounds to measure my Cervix. Apparently I’m ungrateful and lucky. 🙄 There is nothing lucky about having to constantly worry about how long you’ll stay pregnant for.
I just took this one today and It is more visible now I'm sure I am but I will do another one this week... I've been having having so much pressure on my stomach and cramping...
You guys dont judge but i also need some feedbck...well im almost 15 weeks and just now about to have my 1st ob appointment and i had a ultrasound done via the hospital when i was 6 weeks what are the chances of me having another coming up with this on this appointment ?

Baby will be just fine, I had 2 of babies at 37 weeks and they are perfectly healthy kids now. Your doctors know what is best for you and baby.

@mell_babie12, I delivered at 39 weeks due to gestational diabetes and my daughter was perfect. Weight 6lbs 7ozs. Unless someone in his family is your OB- their opinion really isn't needed. You, your husband and your doctor decided what's best for YOUR baby. Do not allow anyone else to pressure you in doing anything different!

39 weeks is fine. Your doctors know better than your husbands family. People always got something to say!

My husband and I do have the worry that what is she isn't ready yet or would it be better to go to 40 weeks but if it is safer for me to be induced then that is what should happen. @shellbell0391 @ty_no_de_love @usafwife @faeluna

39 weeks is considered full term. 37 weeks is even considered safe for a baby to be delivered. I would be happy to have my baby at 39 weeks!

yea that is true. Being a ftm is so nerve wracking cause I just wanna make the right choices. I know we can but what happens if we decide to wait until 40 weeks? @shellbell0391

they said cause i have high blood pressure pre pregnancy and during pregnancy and I'm on medicine for it, they want to induce me.@usafwife
