When did people start having to not pee as much? I'm 13 weeks 1 day and still have to pee a lot and wake up still 3 times. Just curious 🤔🤔🤔

TMI every time I have a contraction I feel like I have to poop or pee. Sometimes both 😩 is this Normal ??
went pee, but there was a lot more fluid, & when I wiped there was like a clearish fluid. but I'm not having contractions. could it still be my water broke?
I see all these ladies talking about peeing their pants on accident and I still have yet to do that lol
