Merry Christmas everyone. My 11 year old autistic son went Christmas shopping with his father and he bought presents for his siblings step siblings and my husband. Little back story my son was only 2 1/2 when I left his father and he said I'm your heart. He used to make a fist and put it on my chest and would put my hand on his heart. For Christmas he picked out a golden necklace of an actual heart and said I'm still your heart mommy. I haven't stopped crying yet.
