The weather is nice outside in the shade here in Jay, OK so I have Miss FUSSY Butt getting some fresh air. I have to leave for work in 20 minutes and her daddy needs some sleep he goes in at 8:30pm. So between now and 5:30 when I get back if she hasn't calmed her little booty down her older siblings are in for a rough couple hours 😑

Clara is 2 month old today and I'm happy to say she's growing like a normal baby. She recognizes faces and turns her head for voices she knows. She can hold her head up off my shoulder for about 30 seconds before the bounce effect comes in. 😁

Baby Clara is doing much much better! Her ultrasound showed nothing wrong there and as of a well baby check up she's at 9lbs 4oz. So she gained a pound! She's still not liking to take any formula but she'll hold down 2 oz each time I go to work and that holds her over till I get back. I'm gone from 5:30am to 8:30am and then again from 2:30 to 5:30. So she's usually sleeping at those times but if she wakes up 2 oz will hold her. She'll catch up eventually 😁

My baby girl had her doctor appointment yesterday. She had an ultrasound on her tummy last week to see if everything was working and developing correctly. Her ultrasound was good! And yesterday she was up to 10 lbs 3oz! The reason that's so awesome is she was born June 30 and weighed 8.13 She went all the way down to 7.14 and as of 2 weeks ago she was only back up to 8.2
I've been forcing her to eat more regularly.. she's breast fed because even though I tried formula she throws it up.. and in 2...

First day back to work. Since I'm a school bus driver and school is not start until the 17th, I brought my daughter with me for the meetings. I understand I need my job but my job is 3 hours in the morning and 3 in the afternoon.. if I have to be here for 6 hours for meetings I'm bringing my baby or you can give me a sick day. I'm not ready and she's not ready for me to leave her long periods so they can just get over it.

So my husband took this picture of me and Clara sleeping this morning. I obviously look like a sleeping turd but what I love about this picture is the way my hair is over Clara and it looks like she has the worst comb over ever ... And on a 1 month old 😁😁😁😁😂😂

Totally devastated and trying to keep it together.
I've been really worried about Clara. She is 5 weeks old tomorrow and hasn't gained any weight and in fact had lost almost a pound the first week when she was in the NICU.
She has been breast fed on a demand schedule and she nurses until she does the normal pull from the nipple, hands relax, sleeping baby thing. She has 6 or more poopy diapers ba day and her peepee diapers are not concentrated at all just really wet.

My daughter Clara is on the left my granddaughter Rebekah is on the right. Bekah is 1 week here and Clara 2 weeks 2 days. They both have their first regular doctor appointments on the 24th. Putting other pics in the comments so I don't fill the feed. 😀😁💞

My daughter Clara Ava Ruth (left) born 6/30/17 weight 8 lbs 14 oz and 20 inches.
My granddaughter Rebekah Latane Dream (right) born 7/9/17 weight 7lbs 6oz and 20 3/4 inches.
Both were born via C-section for failure to progress and/or descend.
The absolute joys of my life and I'm so happy to be home after a week in the NICU and then my daughter started labor the day we came home. Done with hospitals and our family is whole again.
