so just a little while ago i was standing and liquid just started coming out of me like i was peeing…

so just a little while ago i was standing and liquid just started coming out of me like i was peeing except i wasnt peeing.. it was clear and didnt smell like anything. it stopped and i have a pad on to monitor if anymore comes out. i am 27w 4d. has this happened to anybody else?
