How do I know if my water broke? I was sitting in bed having off and on,contraction all morning not close though. I feel this gush that leave my underwear and a small wet stop on my sheet. I looked in my underwear it was white discharge with brown spots mixed in it. Now I am having cramps in my lower back but they are not that strong. I never had my water break on its own, that's why I ask?

@beebaby I already lost my mucus plug. That was a long string of snot looking stuff. this was just white discharge with like brown blood spots I've been dilated 3cm since my appointment last week. when I got up to go to the bathroom I didn't have to pee. i put a panty liner on now and it feels like I am still leaking and having pain in my back.
I remember feeling a gush. I thought I peed myself!

Guys I think my water just broke. My undies are hot pink so you can't see it on my underwear but I took a pic of what was in the toilet. Pic in comments. TMI. But I farted and felt a big wet gush come out😱😱😱

Hi mummy's I just had a pop n gush of water how long was it till u started having contractions I called hospital n they want me in to check me I only have slight period pain at moment
sounds like your water. I'd call your doctor, they will probably want you to go in. they have strips that can test to see if it's amniotic fluid
