Anyone ever had to deal with eczema on your babies? What lotion/cream do you suggest? Does it make the rash/eczema go away?

its resolveable that true bc it's being treated. bc that what my daughter has. your post does not say it goes away it says resolved. it you stop treating it it will surely over time start to come back.
@vivalakats it can be controlled it does not go away my daughter has had it since birth. bc she she's a dermatologist it's not visible but if I stop treating it, over time it starts to,show back up.
And eczema does go away. Some babies only have it as babies. For others if it is really bad it'll be throughout their life but the dermatologist should be able to control it. @lost041, @nwhite0823,
eczema never goes away but we just took our daughter today and they told us to only bath her every other day and don't put her in the bath tub just showers. they have her a 1% hydrocortisone cream to use twice a day. We switched her soap to Aveeno eczema to see how it works.
eczema never goes away just has less of an effect on the child. using things without perfumes also neosporin has an eczema lotion now that is wonderful. if it is really bad see ur physician
Use eucerin or aquaphor. Within a day or 2 it starts working. Also when u bathe them use products that do not contain perfumes. These two brands also have shower products.
Question mamas...my baby has eczema on his forehead and cheeks and I already brought him to the pediatrician and they said they don’t want to prescribe anything for it because it’s on his face and they don’t want to put any prescription cream on his face so they said to use a cream not lotion cause cream would moisturize more so I have been using Aveeno Baby moisturizing cream on him daily and it hasn’t helped! What else can I try? It’s itchy cause he’s rubbing it with his hand on his forehead...

He has eczema on his shoulders, but the rash on his back is different, appeared last night and he now has some on his neck and chest too.

So my doctor says this is eczema, buuutt I don’t think it is cause it only comes up on my fingers.. it hurts really bad and it crack all the time, what do you ladies think it could be?

Josiah's eczema is getting so bad now that it's getting colder.. he has a dry patch right on his cheek that won't go away and then spots all over his body plus his whole body just feels bumpy.. His eczema has never been this bad before, it doesn't seem to bother him.. But could anyone recommend anything that could maybe help with some of the dryness!?
so, what do you guys think? the doctor thought it was a viral rash but now they say it's eczema. i was using shea moisture and now i'm using vanicream.
it's on his back, stomach/chest, a little on the arms, legs, and a little on feet.
