@arivera64, the point of the updates is to fix any problems you're having. And the new app version was created to lay the ground work for new features like multiple photos and video. Androids tend to have more issues because there are so many different types. We have to test for over 14 types of phones and Android software. We ask for your phone type so we can test out individually your case on why you're having an issue. We are working as hard as we can to look into your specific account and to resolve your issue.
