If you have wic most wic offices offer breast feeding classes

I didn't do either. I'm doing great with pumping and I never took a class. it gives good info but I don't think it will do anything that you can't ask a lactation consultant if you have questions. birthing classes from what I understand only help if you don't have complications and everything goes smoothly which I don't think happens a lot of the time anymore. it's up to you though.
