HELP!!! round sirloin tip. I season it and put it in the oven for an hour 350° like the recipe said, it's still hard and bleeding when I try cutting it. what do I do to fix it?

Throw some broth in there and cover it hun!

You can drop the temp if your worried about the heat.

thanks I put it down to 325 and covered it with a little broth, going to check in like 40 minutes. and no I don't have a crock pot can't wait to buy one. @brownsugarluv @beebaby
