So I dozed off on the couch earlier and had more of those I'm awake but paralyzed dream thing happen 3 times in a row. I don't understand why these are happening. Like I hear a males voice and then heavy footsteps coming near me or I see the shadows and the voices but I try so hard to move and I can't but I know my eyes moved today I could at least blink and look around. But I couldn't even move my fingers I tried to just focus on doing that and kept trying to remind myself it was a dream state but I got sent Into a panic non the less.

This is like the 6th time to actually happen. I've never experienced anything like this ever so i freak out since I already suffer from anxiety due to being attacked by a male not much older than me about 4/5 years ago.

Anyone deal with anything similar

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
