Thank you @nicemmcha2015, @mell_babie12, I turned off all the lights on the camera side and just had the lights of the tree on then I used a photo edit to brighten the back ground which darkened my silhouette.

how did you make yourself so dark? I can't seem to make my body dark enough for the picture to look like this. You can still see my features.
