The rule is 2 beers, glass of wine or one shot and you are okay to breastfeed. The rest is the same as safe driving. Drink an hour and water intake! So relax! Have a beer or two.

I've had an occasional beer and I just wait at least an hour before I feed no worries 😌

If you have a beer or two you'll be ok pump before you go out it will be ok for your next feeding plus wine helped me produce more milk

@josiahsmommy91815, @raquely don't pump and dump. If you are sober enough to drive you can breastfeed.

You do not need to pump n dump. If your safe enough to drive your safe enough to breastfeed. That's the rule of thumb.
