She just turned 3 months.. on my own I've given her tiny taste of things I eat and she gets excited.. she's definitely ready but I want to wait an extra month. I've been ebf and she gained 7 lbs in 3 months. She loves to eat lol

My son's pediatrician said 4 months, rice cereal in the morning and baby food in the afternoon. It just really depends on when your baby is ready.

I got the okay from my daughter pediatrician to start with rice cereal next month.
