what medicine can I take for bad throat congestion and sinus also severe headache?

I don't know about throat congestion.. but I had a bad sinus problem an little remidies saline nose spray was recommended by midwife an doctor. cause really gotta be careful being pregnant, an you can take Tylenol for the headache.
