how many mommies have had a NST (Non Stress Test)?? is it a bad thing ???

So my ob told me I'll be having Nst testing every week now... What shouldi expect??
naturalgalt @viktoria211 Yes from the heart rate increasing and decreasing. You can hear the movements on the machine.

twinsandmore My dr has us on NST every week with the twins. Just to make sure they aren't
