Ladies can I still put my sons dad on child support if he's undocumented? He doesn't help me with anything or see my son, it's been 3 months since we broke up, and I've given him many chances to help out, at this point I'm fed up.

I have question for the child support worker & I think she's in today & im gonna be at the same building so I'm going to stop by & I'll ask her. I've been receiving $$ for my boys & they know he's undocumented & I have court today also for child support. My step dad is undocumented & he's paying child support. if he undoumented in the US no way you can put him,on child support. if he has a S.S number than that makes him documented.
