My poor little baby has bad acid reflux and I feel so bad! He hardly sleeps (especially at night) because of it and he loses his little voice from crying in discomfort. My doctor recommended keeping him upright after feedings but it doesn't make a difference! Does anyone have any other suggestions?

The next step would be to get him a prescription for Zantac. My son had nasty reflux and it helped him so much. He took it morning and night for about 6 weeks and then finally grew out of his reflux. He's doing great now--doesn't have pain, doesn't lose his voice, and doesn't spit up as much.

Kai was the exact same way! I know how you feel! He was prescribed Zantac and it made it soo much better!

my friends baby was also prescribed liquid ranitidine (zantac) & it worked for him!

I agree with the mama's above. I had 2 babies with acid reflux. 1 worse than the other. We tried changing formulas, warm bottles, dr browns and the script. Good luck! Stay strong.

I feel like everything helped a little. It was everything together but the meds were the ultimate solution.
