are you giving him the right amount of Tylenol? usually Tylenol knocks my son out. or are you sure its teething not a cold?

A popsicle will help during the day. Maybe toys too. at night I would give him his Tylenol before his bath and bottle since it takes about 15 minutes to kick in, give him a warm bath, rub some orajel on his gums and give his bottle. he would be knocked out until the Tylenol wore off. if he woke up in the middle of he night i just rubbed orajel all over his gums

@andrewsmommy the first time I tried giving it to him he threw up. The second time I put it in his bottle and he didn't drink all the bottle. He's clearly not taking the right dosage to relieve any pain. I don't think it's a cold. I. And see his top tooth cutting. He doesn't have a runny nose or a fever for it to be a cold

Girl I know all about them spitting it back up. Is it the cherry flavor? thats total yuck to them. My son struggled with me so much I had to go buy the grape flavor. he took it very easily since its a sweet taste. What I do sometimes is give my son his bottle and slip the syring in the corner of his mouth so he has the bottle and syring in his mouth and slowly but kind of quickly put the liquid in his mouth.

@andrewsmommy yes it's the cherry flavor! I squirted some in his mouth and he gagged so hard he threw up his 5oz bottle all over me! I did NOT know that! I'm about to go tomorrow to buy the grape flavor then! He's been sick before and had a fever, so I'm hoping it's not that. He does have a runny nose but I'm thinking it might be the weather here and then us having a heater on.

Are the top teeth more of a pain?

Awwww. Yeah my son would gag on it all the time. Could be. I heard the first 4 teeth are the hardest. My son just cut his 5th and 6th tooth at the same time and he cried less about it.

We use infant Motrin. The clearish berry flavor. We were using the tablets but seen a recall on them. A cold wash cloth (the rough type for adults not soft for babies) in the fridge for a bit helps. The freezer was to much for my lil guy. I freeze baby food in ice cube trays and put them in a munchkin net too.
