I had a bath every day for the two weeks after giving birth with lavender oil in to help heal my stitches. Just pat dry. I swear by it helping you heal quicker x

A bath will be fine but I was told not to use anything like bubbles etc for a while. So I just used water for a week.

@taralou, thank you i will get some lavender oil monday, ive been ive been cleaning with warm water and drying with dry wipes everytime ive gone to the toilet, hopfully all gose well woth your referal at the hospital xx

also everyones different at healing... with my first healed within 2/3weeks.... my second bout a month... and my 3rd is 10 weeks old and still not healed and got to be referred bk to hospital .... everytime you go toilet clean yourself and dry thouroughly also put some lavender oil on pad or underwear if fully stopped bleeding .... it helps a lot.... could also use arnica cream.... (not internally at all though) hope this helps.. xx

Not a problem iv had 3 vaginal births so ask all you like.... Yes its definitly normal... xx

@taralou, thank you TMI but ive noticed they have swolen a little and have become sore is that normal i didnt have a vaginal birth with my fist so im new to this sorry for all the questions x

And due to breastfeeding just rinse off in shower after a bath ... xx

Yes hun ok to have a bath... i did from day 1... i used lavender oil in my bath.... sometimes dettol or salt water. just make sure you dry down there properly...
