I'm 16 weeks (in 2 days) and my boobs feel soooo tight and full. One boob is leaking right now but barely. I feel like I could breastfeed 😩is this normal?

Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.
I feel like my boobs have shrunk...

I tried searching that n seeing if I could do that or even squeeze it out but it said no not unless I don't plan to breastfeed. Which I do lol @babyshreiner16
