I'm 37weeks and last week I was checked at doc appt I was 2 1/2 2cm dilated and I lost my mucus plug the next day but right now it feel like I have bad gas but I can't go and on top of that a bad headache follow by nausea.. what could this mean for me?

Oh ok yea it's close drink alot of water the cramps may be light contractions. Drink then lay on ur left side

It's probably close to that time are u having contractions yet

Yeah I'm doing that these cramp are so uncomfortable Idk what else to do
